Three steps, and two of them are ours.
The hard part of buying a copier is not choosing one. It is getting straight answers out of four suppliers at the same time, in the same format. That is the bit we take off you.
You answer seven quick questions
What you print, what size, when your agreement ends. Thirty seconds, and no jargon.
We do the chasing
We take your requirement to suppliers who cover your postcode, brief them properly, and make them quote like for like. You are not passed round a call centre.
You get the numbers, side by side
Up to four comparable quotes by email, with the total cost laid out plainly. Pick one, or none. Either is fine.
The bit nobody mentions
At renewal, most people are quoted a new price for the machine they have already paid for.
Renew with your existing supplier and, more often than not, the machine stays exactly where it is. It is the one you have spent three or five years paying off. The agreement, though, is priced as though it were new. That is not a scandal. It is just what happens when nobody asks.
If you just sign the renewal
- The same machine stays in the corner.
- A fresh 36 or 60 month term starts.
- The price is set by the one supplier in the room.
- Nobody has to sharpen a pencil, because nobody is competing.
If four suppliers have to compete for it
- You find out what the work is actually worth.
- Your current supplier learns they are being measured.
- You can hold the quotes up and renegotiate instead of moving.
- Costs you nothing and takes thirty seconds to start.
Worth doing before you speak to anyone:dig out your current agreement and check whether the machine you are using is the one you have been paying for since the start. If it is, that is the number to put in front of four suppliers.
The right time to look is before you have to.
Almost every copier agreement runs 36 or 60 months. Leave it until the end and it quietly rolls on at the old rate, which is exactly what the supplier is hoping for.
Tell us roughly when yours ends and we will come back to you about three months before, with numbers in hand. No reminders to set, nothing to remember.

Why it is safe to give us your details.
You have filled in a form like this before and been rung by six people for a fortnight. That is not what happens here, and here is exactly why.

Not a lead auction. Your details are never sold on to advertisers or list brokers.

Fair questions

What does it cost me?
Nothing. Suppliers pay us when they win work, so the comparison is free to you and there is no fee at any point.
Will I get bombarded with calls?
No. Your details go to a maximum of four suppliers, all of them vetted, and never to advertisers or list brokers. Most people get their quotes by email and never speak to anyone until they want to.
My lease has not ended yet. Am I too early?
Usually not. Most copier agreements run 36 or 60 months, and the sensible time to look is around three months before the end. Tell us the timing and we will come back to you at the right moment rather than pestering you now.
Do I have to switch?
No. Plenty of people use the quotes to renegotiate with the supplier they already have. That still counts as a win, and it is often the easiest one, because your current supplier would rather cut the price than lose the account.
Am I really paying again for the same machine?
Check your agreement. That is the honest answer. What we see is that renewals frequently leave the existing machine in place while starting a fresh three or five year term at a new price. Sometimes there is a good reason, such as a service contract or an upgrade. Sometimes there is not. Either way you should be the one deciding, with four quotes in front of you.
